Title: Lunar Based Construction Using the Reinforce Earth Method with Geotextile
Summary / Review : The main concern is reducing the exposure of people on the Moon to radiation during the establishment of the initial base. From the author's abstract: "This paper focusses on the construction of layered embankments using regolith and filmy materials (called geotextiles) with a robot machine before setting up of the cylindrical module on the site." Additional design effort is put into making the system constructable using automated and teleoperated robots. - MP
